Palisade Fencing

Palisade Fencing is the first line of defence but gives better protection that a wall for the simple reason that when behind a wall one can do whatever he wishes without the chance of being seen. With a palisade perimeter however, it is more difficult to scale and even if it could get over without very serious injury, then the perpetrator is still fully visible to anyone passing or looking into the premises.
At ESS7 we only install proper Palisade fencing, fabricated with 40 x 40 x 2mm Angle Iron (not the bended sheet metal palisades which is lower in cost but also lower in security and peace of mind) with an advisable 7 Spike top.
The Palisades are approx 140mm apart giving no place to get through.
Heights to choose from varies from 300mm to 1.5m ( recommended for extending existing wall) and for perimeter fencing from 1.8m to 3m.
On wall extensions we use a 50 x 50mm Square tube post fastened to the wall and if this is not possible, we use a full length post from planted 300 –
400mm into the ground to top of Palisade.
This and our full fence installation is done with a 75 x 76mm Square tube.
All our Palisades are painted with either Red Oxide primer and topcoat or an Industrial Steel coat.
